Regency Lexus of Regency Auto is currently seeking energetic and friendly **Delivery Specialists **to join their award-winning sales team. **DUTIES**:

- Present features and technology of new and used vehicles to guests
- Assist with new and used vehicle setup, including inspection prior to delivery
- Follow up with guests for any post delivery vehicle questions
- Coordinate deliveries with our other departments
- Provide additional assistance to the Lot Team and Concierge when required
- Complete administrative tasks related to deliveries and vehicle drop-offs
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and find creative ways to present (including content creation)
- Maintain Regency Lexus’s standards for providing high quality guest experiences
- Provide valet pick up and drop-off services between our sales and service departments
- Provide basic detailing and vehicle preparation when required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Be self-motivated
- Fluent in English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset)
- Must be outgoing with strong presentation and communication skills
- Must be professional and reliable
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must be available to work on weekends and closing shifts when needed
- Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
