**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor event premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Greet and check-in guests while maintaining a professional presence.
- Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials as needed.
- Handle crowd management, ensuring orderly conduct and preventing disturbances.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or conflicts.
- Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Write detailed incident reports when necessary.
- Adhere to all legal requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- **Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required).**:

- Minimum **1 year experience** as a Security Guard, preferably in events or hospitality.
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit to handle long shifts and crowd-control situations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
