**Reporting to**: _Service and Rental Manager_

The Rental Coordinator is responsible for all rental activity in their region. Based in our Oakville office, you aim to be a reliable rental resource for external and internal customers. Your responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude, maintaining existing business and seeking new business opportunities, optimizing the rental fleet's inventory, and being a good steward of the company’s rental fleet.

- Do you have experience matching customer requirements with a diverse range of products in a rental environment?
- Do you possess a **working knowledge of rental fleet management** and operations?

**Post-secondary education in a related science discipline or related experience is an advantage and an asset for this position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
- Quote rates, deliveries, and terms to all customers and schedule a timely follow-up.
- Secure and fulfill orders, including creating and collecting the rental agreement, preparing the rental unit for shipping, and processing all rental invoices.
- Prep, maintain, and calibrate units as needed.
- Full participation in annual inventory counts and the reconciliation, including time required after the close of the typical business day and based on the needs of the business.
- Other duties as required by Hoskin management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
