- **Role Responsibilities**:_
As a Guest Services Agent:

- you will assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- provide a high level of service hospitality
- deal with guest concerns/issues in a timely manner
- post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required
- be knowledgeable of hotel brand and various programs
- communicate to all departments and management on guest comments and concerns
- respond to incoming calls and anyone that requires front desk assistance
- have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
