Flex-Pression Ltd custom manufactures flexible convoluted hoses, stainless steel braids, metal hose assemblies and expansion joints. Our products meet all compliance requirements from the oil, pulp and paper, steel industries and many more. We are currently looking for a experimented Inside Sales Representative to expand our sales team and meet the needs of our growth.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for answering client’s technical and commercial questions and providing support to the entire sales team:

- Assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate products
- Respond to technical questions from clients and provide them with the required information in a timely manner
- Refer to price lists to build quotes
- Work closely with the External Sales Representatives to achieve the sales objectives of the company; as well as with the purchasing department regarding the different procedures to be followed
- Communicate with our suppliers to obtain more technical information and the feasibility of special orders
- Maintain and grow account base for existing accounts and generate new accounts
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting, selling and closing sales
- Review project drawing/blueprints and generate quotes based on the requirements of each job
- Keep the information up-to-date in our management system

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in customer service
- Perfectly bilingual
- Metal product and industrial experience preferred
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to express ideas clearly orally and in writing
- Be professional and organised
- Have a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Results-oriented
- Have a college diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or automation and controls (an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
