**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Junior Account Manager will manage SaaS contract renewals for Power Factors’ global account base. The Junior Account Manager will report to the head of Account Management and will interface with other teams, such as Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Managing relevant account and contract renewal information in Salesforce CRM
- Forecasting upcoming contract renewals and identifying strategic opportunities
- Tracking and executing required support actions, such as notices to account
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM
- Responding to ad-hoc requests for renewal data
- Interfacing with Customer Success Managers to validate relevant account information
- Ensuring renewals are accurately and timely processed
- Seeking to glean opportunities for improvement from data, reports, and team interactions

- Previous experience in an environment that required strong organizational skills
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High degree of proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Proven skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and especially Excel)
- 1-2 years of sales support and/or customer support experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
