Mobile Security Guard Guardteck Security’s Mobile Patrol Services provide with 24/7 dispatch and real-time reporting to ensure constant vigilance and rapid response. We provide services to wide range of properties including Office Buildings, residential properties, and educational institutions. Guardteck Security is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced **Mobile Security Officer** in Burnaby, BC. **Wage: $19.00 to $21.00 an hour** **What are we looking for?** - Valid security License. - OFA Certificate - First Aid Level 1. - Valid Driving License with a clear driving abstract. - Top notch customer service skills. - Proficient in English language (verbal and written) - Prior security experience is required. - Flexible availability including weekends and overnights. - At least 1 year of driving experience. **Responsibilities/Duties include**: - Strong observation and communication skills. - Create proficient-detailed incident reports. - Conduct regular patrols in a timely manner. - Respond to alarms and coordinate with client. - Ability to act with organization’s code and conduct. - Assist with after-hours scheduling. - Ability to respond to emergency incidents. - Effectively communicate with Operations Manager. - Report issues in an accurate and timely manner. - Ability to analyze situations and de-escalate accordingly. - Ability to perform job related assigned tasks. - Exercise good judgement dealing with tense situations. - Create Shift Summary reports for manager’s review. - Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively. - Ability to respond to alarms and notifying dispatch.
