Mobile Security Guard Guardteck Security is looking for a **Mobile Security Officer** in Merrit, BC. **What are we looking for?** - Valid security License. - Valid Driving License with a clear driving abstract. - Must own your own vehicle. - Top notch customer service skills. - Proficient in English language (verbal and written) - Prior security experience is required. - Flexible availability including weekends and overnights. - At least 1 year of driving experience. - Must be able to work overnight shifts. **Responsibilities/Duties include**: - Strong observation and communication skills. - Create proficient-detailed incident reports. - Conduct regular patrols in a timely manner. - Respond to alarms and coordinate with client. - Ability to act with organization’s code and conduct. - Assist with after-hours scheduling. - Ability to respond to emergency incidents. - Effectively communicate with Operations Manager. - Report issues in an accurate and timely manner. - Ability to analyze situations and de-escalate accordingly. - Ability to perform job related assigned tasks. - Exercise good judgement dealing with tense situations. - Create Shift Summary reports for manager’s review. - Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively. - Ability to respond to alarms and notifying dispatch. Please note - this will be one mobile patrol per night $20 per patrol. $560 monthly.
