Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.

We are looking for a part time, live-in heavy duty cleaner role for a condominium in Waterloo. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanour, who is hard-working with experience.

This position is every Saturday and every other Sunday, superintendent coverage must be provided every other weekend, 8 hours a day.

About the job:

- Cleaning all common areas (foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways)
- Handle small repairs, light bulb changes and as advised by Property Manager.
- Perform frequent outside inspections during shift - grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/lose debris.
- Remove garbage from public waste bins in condominium

**Requirements**:

- a self-sufficient individual.
- follows instruction well.
- an individual who is dedicated to their work.
- passes a background check.
- able to clean and do small maintenance duties.
- an individual who has experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
