St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG) is seeking a new President and Chief Executive Officer. As one of Thunder Bay's largest employers, SJCG operates over 8 sites, employs 2200 staff and engages 400 volunteers. The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of St. Joseph's Care Group provides strategic, operational and people leadership to the organization as they meet the changing and unmet health care needs of the people of Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. The President and CEO represents SJCG with respect to all corporate matters, executes the strategic plan as developed by the Board, and ensures the execution of all current relevant legislation while maintaining the Mission, Vision and Core Values of St. Joseph's Care Group.
