The successful candidate will be responsible for championing Canadore’s mission and mandate, ensuring its financial health, and elevating its reputation provincially, nationally, and internationally. Key priorities include leading the next phase of strategic planning, strengthening community and industry partnerships, advancing equity, diversity and inclusion, and reinforcing Canadore’s role as a key economic and cultural driver in North Bay and beyond. A Master’s degree and a demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning are required. A successful track record in financial stewardship, resource development, and governance is essential, as is a capacity to foster relationships with Indigenous communities, governments, industry, and educational partners. The next President will be an agile, strategic thinker, adept at navigating change, and committed to advancing diversity, equity, and reconciliation.
