A REGULAR DAY FOR YOU WILL INCLUDE: - Provide excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans.- Contact past due customers through the appropriate channeling methods, request and negotiate payment arrangements within authorized limits, and send correspondence to collection customers.- Use company-specific policies and procedures to maintain and coordinate firm payment recovery.- Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action.- Document all call activity details in the Collections system to reflect any action taken, e.g., commitments to pay and/or amounts and dates agreed upon.- Achieve individual collection targets to meet Department and Company-wide goals.- Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned. Nous offrons un vaste programme de formation dans le cadre duquel vous serez soutenu dans votre développement professionnel et encouragé à poursuivre une carrière passionnante avec nous UNE JOURNÉE NORMALE POUR VOUS COMPRENDRA: - Fournir un excellent service tout en assurant des résultats exceptionnels dans le recouvrement des prêts financiers. - Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et de la gestion du système d'information et de communication de l'entreprise, de la mise en place et de la gestion du système d'information et de communication de l'entreprise - Utiliser les politiques et procédures propres à l'entreprise pour maintenir et coordonner le recouvrement des paiements fermes. - Évaluer et réduire les risques en orientant les comptes vers d'autres actions. - Documenter tous les détails de l'activité d'appel dans le système de recouvrement afin de refléter toute action entreprise, par exemple, les engagements de paiement et/ou les montants et les dates convenus. - Atteindre les objectifs de recouvrement individuels afin d'atteindre les objectifs du département et de l'ensemble de l'entreprise. - Assumer d'autres responsabilités en matière de recouvrement, selon les besoins. **REQUIREMENTS**: - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.- You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.- You are experienced with skip tracing and familiar with using 411, social media, and the ability to understand credit bureaus.- You have at minimum of 1 years of working with high-risk accounts in the auto financing industry.- You speak French EXTRA- AWESOME TO HAVE- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or any other relevant studies.- You have demonstrated work experience with sub-prime consumers. WORKING CONDITION: - You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.: 8:30 am-5:00pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, 12:30-9:00pm, and two Saturdays a month.
