**What you’ll do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist office visitors in a professional manner,
- Answer and direct phone calls,
- Respond to and fulfill guest inquiries,
- Assist guests with online reservations,
- Assist with and respond to group bookings and inquiries,
- Communicate effectively with all departments daily,
- Manage boardroom booking requests,
- Order office & kitchen supplies,
- Ensure the general office area is clean and organized,
- Assist with organizing and tracking lost & found items,
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team with tasks, as needed,
- Comply with CSBP policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma required,
- 1-2 years of work experience answering incoming calls and performing admin work,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work,
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, open office environment,
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with office equipment,
- Knowledge of ticketing & POS systems is an asset,
- Authorized to work in Canada is required.

**Considerations**:

- Must be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, to support our business needs,
- This position will involve extended periods of sitting,
- Ability to work in an open office environment with numerous distractions,
- Follows specific dress code/uniform requirements.
