**Groups & Online Sales Representative (Reception)**

**Department**:Marketing

**Reports to**:Ticketing & Group Sales Assistant Manager, Online Sales Coordinator

**Role Status**:Hourly, Full-time (including weekends, holidays and Canyon Lights)

**Wage**: $18 - $20

**What you’ll do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls, forwarding as necessary,
- Assist guests with online reservations,
- Assist with and respond to group bookings and inquiries,
- Communicate effectively with operations and other departments daily to ensure that all group reservations function as planned,
- Assist in keeping the general office area clean, tidy and organized,
- Assist in ensuring there are sufficient office and kitchen supplies in stock,
- Assist with organizing and tracking Park lost & Found items,
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team with tasks, as needed,
- Comply with CSBP policies and procedures.

**Who you are**:

- Student in business management, tourism/hospitality management or an equivalent combination of education and experience,
- 1 -2 years guest service focused work experience or related industry experience,
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Can handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, open environment,
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.),
- Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented.

**Considerations**:

- Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays, to meet the needs of our business,
- While performing the duties of this position, you may be required to be sitting for extended periods of time,
- Ability to work in an open office environment with numerous distractions and business chatter.
