Job Summary:
DT Home Reno is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Rep to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our home renovation services in the areas of Barrie, Innisfil, and Oro-medonte, ON. This is a commission-based role with a base hourly rate, offering potential for a high earning potential. As an individual contributor, the Marketing and Sales Rep will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of DT Home Reno.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Marketing and Sales Rep will receive a base hourly rate of $17 to $30, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role offers a commission structure that rewards high performance. Commission will be paid biweekly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through various marketing strategies, including cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Create and present proposals and quotes to potential clients
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the DT Home Reno team to ensure timely and successful execution of projects
- Keep track of leads, sales, and customer information in our CRM system
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments to stay competitive in the market
- Attend and represent DT Home Reno at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in post-secondary education for sales, marketing, or business is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, while also being a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' schedules
