**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HRIS Management and Analytics**: Maintain and analyze data within our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Performance Management and Succession Planning**: Support performance review processes and assist in developing succession plans.
- **Offboarding**: Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- **Benefits Administration**: Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster positive employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
- **Employee Programs**: Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma and/or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with exposure to various elements of the HR function.
- Experience in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS, specifically BambooHR would be a definite asset
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

- Ability to explain information and processes in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proactive and adaptable to change with the ability to reprioritize where required.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
- Adheres to professional code of conduct and legal compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute HR projects within defined timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
