Job Duties & Responsibilities - Picking, packaging, wrapping, and strapping of customer orders - Receiving of incoming goods - Preparation of shipping documents - Inventory and cycle counts - General warehouse activities - cleaning and organizing of warehouse - Communicating with other shippers in department on different shifts - Maintain housekeeping at an acceptable and organized level. This includes all workstations, floors, cleaning of tools and equipment, organizing and stacking of material - Ensure all work is performed according to procedures and work instructions - Understand and follow all Health and Safety concerns - Understand, follow, and enforce all Quality System procedures and work instructions **Qualifications**: - 2-3 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing setting - Experience in packaging, palletizing and skid wrapping - Forklift experience/license - Basic computer skills with some data entry experience, use of hand held scanners - Possess manual dexterity, ability to lift > 50 lbs - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow workflow and schedules - Above team average attendance Rate of Pay Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate starts at $18.24 - $22.00/hour **Benefits**: We offer a competitive salary with shift premiums and an excellent benefits program including Company paid benefit plan with Group RRSP Pension Plan with matching contributions Shifts Permanent, Full Time Position Training will be Monday - Friday day shift Regular hours are Monday to Friday rotation of day shift 6am - 2:30pm and afternoons 2:30pm - 11pm, rotating every two weeks **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $18.24-$22.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Experience**: - warehouse: 1 year (preferred) - Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Forklift Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
