**ABOUT US**
Eastway Management Inc. is a medium sized, boutique Condominium Management Firm that was established in 1984 and proudly remains family owned and operated.
We are currently seeking an:
**EXPERIENCED CONDO MANAGER REQUIRED** for a Durham Region / Eastern GTA portfolio.

Applicants must:

- have excellent people and communication skills.
- have experience supervising staff.
- have basic building mechanical knowledge.
- have general knowledge of the Condominium Act.
- have excellent computer skills, experience with Shiftsuite is an asset.
- be able to conduct Board Meetings.
- be able to analyze quotes and write management reports.
- be able to read and understand financial statements.
- be able to read and interpret Condominium Declaration and By-Laws.
- be able to work well under pressure and to a deadline.
- be organized and self-motivated.

We will assist you in becoming licensed if you are not already. RCM or working towards same is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
