**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance with regulations.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as required, such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and lease agreements, and address any violations or disputes as needed.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and other team members to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Available for weekend work as needed to address emergencies and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management, construction management, or a related field is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with property maintenance and general repair tasks.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and relevant regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work 4 hours daily, with flexibility for weekends as required.

**Note**:This is **not** a live-in Superintendent position.

The wage for this position starts from $22/hour, but this can be adjusted based on your experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
