**About the Role**
As a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate general commercial terms with our finance and business groups, ensure legal compliance, and set official contract strategies and have a broad range of responsibilities providing transactional support, day-to-day advice to management, and negotiation for our product sales, licensing and services. You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs.
**About You**
- Thorough understanding of a variety of contracts
- Minimum of 1-2 years in contract law
- Experience drafting a variety of legal documentation
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- International law graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience reviewing contracts, particularly software licensing
**Compensation**
- We offer very competitive compensation packages based on experience and history of contributions.
