**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making processes and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and provide strategic guidance.
- Prepare legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and reports.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the corporate sector.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or other legal proceedings as necessary.

**Skills**
- Proficient in **legal drafting** with a strong command of contract language.
- Experience using **Lexis-Nexis** for comprehensive legal research.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for the company's interests.
- Excellent research abilities to analyze complex legal issues.
- Exceptional writing skills to produce clear and concise legal documents.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
