MARKETING COORDINATOR (SUMMER STUDENT)

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Marketing Coordinator will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of digital marketing, data analysis, and business strategy in a dynamic logistics environment.

What is the role?
- Assist in creating and managing a digital marketing calendar to support JORI’s communication strategy.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track marketing performance metrics and contribute to lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce visually compelling content.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis of marketing efforts.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings and report progress to the Project Coordinator and Head of IT.
- Support ad-hoc administrative or analytical tasks as assigned.

What do you need?
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Data Analysis, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and content planning is required.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
