**SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE**
- Handle customer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Resolve product issues by understanding customer's complaint, determining the cause and following up to ensure resolution as quickly as possible
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
- Collections
- Communicate with Reps to help solve issues
- Process claims with various customers
- Track shipments
- Issue Credits
- Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
- Other related tasks
- Possibility of overtime if desired

Skills Required:

- 1 years Customer Service experience and good phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
