Bilingual Order Desk Representative - Full-Time (Montreal, QC | 100% On-Site)Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annuallyMonday-Friday | Day Shift | No WeekendsAre you an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow within a well-established Canadian company? A respected leader in the building materials and coatings industry is seeking a full-time Order Desk Representative to join their Montreal location.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and is fluent in both English and French. You'll be the key point of contact for processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to clients.________________________________________What You'll DoProcess and manage order requests from internal and external customersEnsure accuracy and efficiency in order handling, inventory coordination, and communicationDeliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in personAssist with product inquiries and develop strong product knowledge (architectural & industrial)Work closely with sales, production, and inventory teams to meet service-level expectationsUtilize POS/B-track systems and maintain accurate recordsSupport a collaborative team environment while also working independently________________________________________What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceFully bilingual (English & French)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSolid computer skills and comfort working with POS systemsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsPositive attitude and willingness to learnHigh attention to detail and strong communication skills________________________________________Why This Role Is GreatYou'll be joining a company known for its stability, supportive leadership, and strong values.
