**Bilingual Customer Care Representative**

Are you a pet lover with exceptional communication skills in both English and French? Join our dedicated team at Les Anges Gardiennes, a leading pet care company located near Saint Henri Metro. We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Bilingual Customer Care Representative to provide top-notch service to our valued clients.

**Position**:Bilingual Customer Care Representative

**Location**:Near Saint Henri Metro

**Work Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday

**Shift Options**:

- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle furry guest check-in and check-out procedures with care and attention.
- Assist clients in scheduling Angels for various pet care services, including walking, grooming, and boarding.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our company's services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient problem-solving and smooth operations.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to customers when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is a must.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the pet care industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
- Positive attitude and genuine love for pets.
