Do you enjoy working on high-scale, complex, and high visibility projects and programs? If yes, consider the following opportunity:
What you will be doing:

- Groom the defect and support backlog and prioritize defect fixes and enhancements
- Triage incidents and determine resolution steps
- Analyze logs and perform debugging, including creating incident tickets
- Engage with internal and vendor support teams when required
- Modernize and automate historically manual tasks and processes such as health checks and restarts
- Collect, review and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions to new initiatives
- Participate in an after-hours and rotational on-call support model

What you have:

- College-level technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or multiple years of hands-on experience in a production support role
- 1 to 2 years of working knowledge in Red Hat Linux, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle databases, and MariaDB
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- You respect everyone’s ideas and strive for a common goal with your teammates.
- You are a creative problem solver who is ready to challenge the status quo and provide outstanding customer experience

Nice To Have
- Experience in QA testing and/or software development using any combination of JAVA, Python, Springboot, React.js or React Native
- General understanding of cloud technologies such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Functional experience with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI
- Experience using tools such as DynaTrace, DataDog, New Relic, and Splunk for logging
