**Job Summary**
Individual must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Consult With Clients: assessing clients hair and scalp conditions, understanding their concerns and recommending suitable treatments.

Preforming Scalp Treatments: using various techniques like massage, hair cleansing and conditioning using specialized products that cater to the clients hair type or condition.

Performing Full Blowout on clients.

Customer Service: Offering excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Maintaining Equipment & Room Cleanliness: Ensuring that the treatment area, equipment, and products are clean, sanitized, and organized.

**Qualifications**

**One** or **more** of the following required:

- Cosmetology or Esthetics Diploma
- Completed Head Spa Specialist Course
- Hands on experience, currently working or have worked in a salon or spa, shampooing, massaging, customized client treatments.

Other Requirements;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
