Our Finance team is looking for a dynamic **Accounts Payable Supervisor** who will oversee an Accounts Payable team including, performance management, coaching and review on expense reports, credit cards, and business as usual AP.

**Your role will encompass the following**:

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, disbursement of vendor payments, discrepancy resolution and / or vendor account reconciliations
- Responsible for AP reporting and payment proposal on weekly basis, weighting priorities and making recommendations to managers for cashflow purposes
- Review accounts payable system sub-ledger modules for accuracy and integrity (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Finance & Operations)
- Interact on a regular basis with leadership, internal/external stakeholders, auditors as well as vendor partners to that meet both financial and operational business goals
- Foster an environment of Team Building and employs continuous process improvement principles to optimize, for example invoice processing, invoice discrepancy resolution and vendor payments
- Responsible for Intercompany transactions, such as calculate cost allocation, inventory Purchase orders, funds transfer and reconciliation
- Responsible for preparing Salex Tax filing and payment withing governmental entities on monthly basis
- Bank account reconciliation, ensuring all discrepancies are diligently addressed and carrying transactions are reasonable
- In charge of key sensitive accounts, ensuring reconciliation is in place at all times, and managing relationship

**What We Are Looking For**:

- University Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, admin or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting or admin experience
- 1+ years of progressive management experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft accounting software is preferred
- Robust understanding of accounting and financial concepts surrounding accounts payable, accrued liabilities and inventory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including leadership
- History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company while meeting deadlines

**We would love you to have the following**:

- Advanced Excell skills, mostly used Pivot, Vlookup, conditional formatting
- Understanding of basic to moderate accounting reporting
- Experience in online banking, including but not limited to reporting, navigation, nuances of bank transactions
- Effective communication to build up strong rapport with vendors and internal stakeholders
