**About the Role**

Our commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage partners help protect corporations and non-profits across Canada from the little surprises and the big ones. Our leaders inspire their teams to band together and create an environment driven by collaboration and exceptional client service. The Mid Market Commercial Lines Division has an immediate need for an Account Manager to service Northern Ontario and the GTA. You will work closely in a team environment to support, an Account Manager and Producer, while servicing clients on a day-to-day basis. You will have the opportunity of developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Client Manager and broking team to develop marketing specifications and marketing strategies for renewals of an assigned book of business
- Be the liaison between the Senior Client Manager and Client Assistant/Certificate team in providing instructions as per INFP's Service Model and established workflows

**What You Bring**
- **RIBO License in good standing is required**:

- 1 -2 years of industry and product line experience - servicing or broking
- Interest to gain experience in the placement of Mid-Market Risks (Large construction, Manufacturing, etc.) on accounts generating $25,000 and greater in premium.
- Demonstrated desire for ongoing personal development
- Team player, willing to learn and able to take direction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well in a hybrid team environment.
- Client-focused - Able to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
- Excellent computer skills are expected, and EPIC fluency is required.
