Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee cashiering, cash handling, and POS operations
- Drive retail sales by implementing effective marketing strategies
- Ensure accurate pricing of merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Supervise store clerks and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and retail industry best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
