**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demos as needed to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist with merchandising tasks to keep the store visually appealing.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times for customers.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a resturant or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing transactions effectively.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
