**What you will be doing**:
Set-up, maintain and take down the breakfast buffet.
Prepare for the shift the next day with easy food prep, cleaning, preparing the cutlery and glassware.
Work as part of a team to ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
Additional duties may be assigned to meet guests needs
