**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, relevant industry certificates are an asset
- Valid G driver's license - our location is not accessible by public transport (Crew leaders must have a clean abstract and be 25+ years old to be insured under our policy)
- Must have transportation to come to our shop every morning - 601 Dundas St. E., Waterdown, Ontario

**Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Crew are**:

- Property maintenance
- Requires attention to detail
- Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Work on timeline and in a fast-paced environment
- Winter employment available - Snow removal and maintenance of properties during winter months (walkways/stair-wells/parking lot areas)
- Knowledge of landscaping duties and responsibilities
- Performs all grounds keeping duties and responsibilities
- Lays sod
- Mows, cuts, trims, thatches & rakes grass
- Weed removal
- Plants, prunes & maintains gardens
- Litter pick up
- Knowledge of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, lawn tractors, leaf blower etc
- Snow removal & salting

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, relevant industry certificates are an asset but no required

- Previous experience of 2-3 years / Experience in landscape maintenance, knowledge of plant material is an asset but not necessary
- Knowledge of landscape lighting is an asset but not a requirement

**Salary**: $22-27 per hour - Wage will be discussed based on experience.

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterdown, ON L8B 0G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G Driver's License (preferred)
