**Position Title**: Infrastructure Systems Administrator (Permanent Part-Time)
**Reports to**: Director, IT

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the backup and restore systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DRP) requirements.
- Manage the suite, including software deployment, licensing, and escalation support.
- Maintain cloud-based security compliance and protection using extended detection and response (XDR) models.
- Configure, test, and validate Group Policy and Intune/Endpoint Manager (MDM) for endpoint management.
- Manage the telephone system (8x8), including Polycom phones, IP desktops, mobile devices, Salesforce calling integrations, and eFax services.
- Provide support for Zoom and Teams cloud-based video conferencing systems.
- Oversee Cisco Meraki cloud systems, including LAN, WAN, and firewall performance and connectivity.
- Manage printer infrastructure, including printing, scanning, copying, and PaperCut solutions.
- Ensure all critical technology assets are properly monitored, providing real-time analytics for SLA compliance.
- Deliver direct IT support for faculty, students, and staff, as assigned by supervisors.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in supporting, administering, or managing IT infrastructure systems and controls.
- Proficiency in telephone systems, video conferencing tools, and IT support processes.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and support IT team members for smooth operations.
- Proven capacity to quickly learn and manage unfamiliar systems and processes.
- Track record of efficiently and accurately resolving support inquiries from diverse channels.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
**Job Type**: Part-time
