**POSITION OVERVIEW**

This is a Full-time, permanent position with flexible daytime hours Monday-Saturday. (no Sundays) You will be paid by commission, on a competitive compensation structure. Most of your work can be done on a computer, but you will be expected to be in the office to show vehicles and greet clients. Organic leads will be provided for you and you will also be able to generate your own. This is a high energy sales environment that needs someone with a positive & fun attitude. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Interact with clients and set up appointments_
- _Manage online advertisements on a variety of platforms (ie Car Gurus, Kijiji, Facebook)_
- _Manage inventory and website listings ensuring they are up to date and accurate (Troubleshooting with support when necessary)_
- _Close sales with excellent customer service and salesmanship_
- _Show cars and attend test drives_
- _Be active on social media, and participate in recorded & live videos on Instagram/Facebook/etc_
- _Meet or exceed monthly sales goals_
- _Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities as needed_
- _Subject matter expert inventory & after-market products and services_

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract
- Reliable vehicle & ability to drive to Acheson for work
- Minimum 1 Year experience in automotive or RV sales or a vast knowledge of the automotive sales industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work as a team to help build success within the company
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales goals
- Auto Nation is consistently expanding (second location opened this year), and there are lots of opportunities for growth & development. Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
