**POSITION OVERVIEW**

This is a Full-time, permanent position with flexible daytime hours Monday - Saturday (no Sundays). Compensation is commission-based with a competitive structure. While much of your work can be done on a computer, you will be expected to be in the office to show vehicles and greet clients. We encourage creative thinking to generate new leads while also utilizing organic in-house leads. This is a high energy sales environment suited for someone with a positive & fun attitude. The more motivated you are, the more successful you will be

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Sales Documents & Details - Complete worksheets and provide clear sales information._
- _Lead Generation & Follow-Ups - Proactively reach out and maintain communication with prospects._
- _Customer Service & Salesmanship - Build relationships, answer inquiries, and guide customers._
- _RV Showings & Walkthroughs - Present inventory, highlight features, and address concerns._
- _Social Media Presence - Participate in recorded/live content on Instagram, Facebook, and more._
- _Sales Targets - Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals._
- _CRM Management - Update lead profiles and track interactions._
- _Inventory Knowledge - Stay updated on stock and offer alternative options._

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract
- Reliable vehicle & ability to commute to Acheson
- Minimum 1 Year of RV sales experience or a strong knowledge of the RV industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player willing to contribute to the company's growth
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
