The Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer is responsible for performing daily quality reviews on completed work requests processed by the various teams within **Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan®** **administration**. In addition, this role is responsible for providing training and mentorship for team members.

You will be an essential component of the team, ensuring we maintain a high level of accuracy and provide our clients and partners with a quality product and exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
- Minimum of two years of previous group benefits administration processing experience
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask
- Consistently high-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Open to feedback and implement changes based on the feedback provided
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Continuing education in Training and Development may be required as needed
