If so, we have the perfect opportunity for youAbout the Role: As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with our development team to guarantee issue-free releases. You'll take pride in your work, leveraging your love for testing and teamwork to deliver exceptional results.The candidate must be able to work in PST time-zone starting from 7 AM PST to 4 PM PST.Key Responsibilities:Review Specifications: Ensure full understanding of deliverables by reviewing functional and design specifications.Design Test Plans: Identify test requirements, map test case needs, and design comprehensive test coverage plans.Execute Tests: Create and manage end-to-end test plans, ensuring all objectives are met and solutions work as expected.Validate Deliverables: Ensure validated deliverables meet specifications and requirements.Collaborate: Work with development and infrastructure teams to test, build, assess, and troubleshoot applications.Document: Develop and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts.Defect Management: Isolate, replicate, report defects, and verify fixes.Research: Stay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and automated techniques.Support: Provide guidance to QA Analysts and software development teams.Knowledge Transfer: Cooperate with team members in testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to evaluations of new tools, processes, techniques, and technologies.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 2-4 years of proven QA experience, understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.Agile Environment: Experience working in Agile development settings.Certifications: ISTQB Certification is an asset.Remote Work: Experience with remote and virtual teams is an asset.Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance testing concepts and methodologies.Skills: Self-motivated, organized, curious, analytical, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.Automated Testing Development: Where using Playwright or equivalent tools is an asset.Educational Background:Degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.Technical Skills:Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Automation test frameworks.Experience testing APIs.Ability to automate test cases using test tools.Experience with databases, including MS SQL.Core Values:Grit & Agility: Forge ahead, pivot fast.Accountability: Bring it, own it, commit.Go the Extra Mile: We go above and beyond.Understand the Map & the Terrain: Master the details and the big picture.Data Drives Decisions: Absorb complexity and transmit clarity.Think Beyond Today: Tomorrow's vision, today's action.CompensationThe Salary Range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
