Edmonton, Canada Jobsite Industrial Rental Services Full time

With our continued expansion into Western Canada, we have an immediate requirement for an Account Manager. The account manager will be responsible for working the AB area, reporting from the branch in Edmonton. As with all of our Jobsite locations, the new branch will be goal orientated and customer driven, relying on our team environment for success. Our account managers operate as direct liaison between our branches and our customers, and it is a crucial position in maintaining and developing successful relationships. These relationships are paramount in the growth of our business.

- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
- Manage accounts;
- Visit job sites and offices;
- Develop positive relationships and rapport with internal teams and clientele;
- Identify and follow-up with prospects;
- Acquire customers’ orders, communicate orders to branches/stores, follow-up on orders;
- Deliver equipment to customers when necessary;
- Deliver and communicate promotional material;
- Ability to cater to customer schedules, after-hour events and emergencies, as well as on-call schedules;
- Other Duties as assigned

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
- Previous experience in a related field, and existing knowledge of industrial construction equipment and tooling;
- Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization;
- A self-starter, with a keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills;
- Good communication and people skills;
- Ability to cater to customer schedules and attend possible after-hour events
- A clean driver’s abstract;
- The desire to work effectively within a team environment.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of Jobsite equipment and operations would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
