We are currently seeking a positive, energetic individual to join our team in **Moncton, NB** as a **Service Advisor**. If you want to develop your career with the industry leader and deliver a service you can be proud of, then this is where you need to be.

The Service Advisor is an integral and vital part of the Service Department Team. We are seeking a well-organized, highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent verbal/written communication skills. People and time management skills are essential. You must have the ability to problem solve, work with others to reach a resolution, and anticipate and react effectively to customer challenges.

The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:

- Direct activities of service technicians
- Develop superior product knowledge aimed at maximizing uptime
- Deliver exceptional customer service driven by ECI core values.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Experience in the diagnosis and repair of heavy duty engines would be an asset.
- Follow up with customers on their vehicle status
- Answering phone inquiries
- Open and close repair orders
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Minimum of three to five years experience in a car or truck dealership environment.
- Strong computer and organizational skills are a must

Carry out other duties or tasks as required by the Service Manager
