**Responsibilities**
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer
- Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
- Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Likes helping people
- Good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
