Specifically, the **Tools, Fleet & Equipment Manager **will:
- Manage day-to-day operations related to tools, fleet, and equipment, including performance expectations, maintenance scheduling, and logistics of asset allocation.
- Utilize the Milwaukee OneKey & Asana software for effective tracking, management, and reporting on tools and equipment across multiple project sites.
- Oversee the fleet tracking, insurance, maintenance and inspections of all vehicles and trailers, ensuring performance and safety standards. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain availability.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, logistics, and inventory control to ensure the timely and efficient delivery and availability of essential tools and equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive SOPs across tools, fleet, and equipment to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to verify adherence to SOPs, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ensure the effective use of assets.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization.
- Carry out additional duties as needed to support the organization’s objectives.

**Education & Experience**
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on tools, fleet, and equipment management.
- At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing SOPs for operational efficiency and safety.
- Skilled in the use of Milwaukee OneKey, Stratus, Procore, Bluebeam, Asana, and Explorer Eclipse for effective management and collaboration.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite and capable of learning new software as required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and site based activities to provide ease of communication with Project Teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments.
**Work Conditions**
- This is a full-time position

**Compensation**: $85,000 to $100,000/year+ 5% RRSP + 100% Employer-paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD + Vehicle Allowance + Phone Allowance + Gas Card.
