**Job Description**:
- Greet customers and carriers.
- Receive various purchase orders from carriers and validate them in the system.
- Issue work orders (receipts, shipments, returns, etc.).
- Issue legal documentation (receiving slips, delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
- Process warehouse transactions (receipts, shipments, inventory, etc.).
- Provide administrative support for inventory counts.
- Record equipment movements (hooks, pallets, etc.).
- Participate in document entry, verification and filing.
- Enter receiving into internal system (ERP Dynamics AX)
- Follow-up on deliveries and returns with the sales office if problems arise.
- All other related tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Training in office automation is an asset.
- You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in administrative support.
- You can lift up to 100lbs.
- Forklift or Picker certification is an asset
- You are recognized for your speed and accuracy in carrying out your work.
- You have a good knowledge of computers and are adept at manipulating data.
- Be autonomous and able to perform several tasks in a day.
- Be proactive, results-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
