Our clients trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day. A Grass Team Lead is a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. As a leader you must have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines as well as have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. Depending on qualifications and work performance, there is potential for future opportunities within the company Specific Responsibilities: - Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team - Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers - Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns - Complete daily paperwork ie: vehicle and trailer checklist, work orders, fertilizing sheets, and other required documents Job Requirements: - Current and unrestricted G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract - Background check - Two years' experience in this or a related field is required - Previous leadership experience - Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening - Willingness to work occasional overtime - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature Wage $20-$24 an hour depending on experience. **We are actively interviewing for this position - Please call 705-623-5576 to arrange an interview** - All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys® franchise system within a specified geographical area.
