OverviewA strong national presence that delivers on quality and service.Your Canadian distributor of tires and wheels for all types of vehiclesResponsibilitiesReceive various purchase orders from carriers and validate them in the system.Issue work orders (receipts, shipments, returns, etc.).Issue legal documentation (receiving slips, delivery notes, invoices, etc.).Process warehouse transactions (receipts, shipments, inventory, etc.).Provide administrative support for inventory counts.Participate in document entry, verification and filing.Enter receiving into internal system (ERP Dynamics AX).Follow-up on deliveries and returns with the sales office if problems arise.Plan, organize, direct, and control the day-to-day operations.Ensure the smooth running of the team and the various warehouse operations.Ensure that all the shipments are loaded onto various delivery trucks.Raise teams awareness of health and safety standards and company operational policies.All other related tasks.Experience and skills requiredYou have a high school diploma or equivalent.Training in office automation is an asset.You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in administrative support.You can lift up to 100lbs.Forklift or Picker certification is an asset.You are recognized for your speed and accuracy in carrying out your work.You have a good knowledge of computers (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) and are adept at manipulating data (a must).Be autonomous and able to perform several tasks in a day.Be proactive, results-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure.AdvantagesSchedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week);Competitive salary: your skills will be remunerated at fair value;Workclothes and boot allowance;Excellent group insurance program tailored to your needs;Employer-sponsored group RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan);Access to "Dialogue" telemedicine service;Anti-stress account: you’ll have the choice between a health spending account or a personal expense account.
