**Résumé des fonctions**

Bimbo Canada étant une entreprise **dynamique** et en constante évolution. Vous serez donc amené à relever **plusieurs défis** et à vous **développer **quotidiennement. Ayant des **horaires flexibles**, vos principaux mandats toucheront l’ensemble des activités de recrutement, et ce, pour des employés syndiqués et non-syndiqués.

**Tout en ayant un support provincial de l’équipe RH, le titulaire du poste aura comme principales responsabilités**:

- Soutenir les conseillères relations humaines au niveau de diverses tâches de suivi tels que, sans s’y limiter, les fins d’emploi, rédaction de lettres et de confirmation d’emploi, la résolution de problématiques relatives à la paie, suivis paiements de factures, départs et retour d’invalidité, etc.
- Effectuer les mises à jour aux dossiers des collaborateurs (ouverture de dossiers, changement de taux, changement d’adresse, classement de documents, etc.)
- Colliger les informations pour leur transfert au système ERP des collaborateurs syndiqués et cadres;
- Collaborer à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouvelles embauches en partenariat avec l’équipe recrutement;
- Participer au développement et à l’amélioration des processus et outils RH;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec les activités relevant des ressources humaines.

**Compétences requises**:
Finissant(e) à un programme de formation universitaire de premier cycle en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe ;
Expériences dans un poste de relations avec les clients est un atout;
Aptitudes interpersonnelles - capacité d’influence dans un environnement matriciel;
Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle et en fonction de leur priorité respective;
Reconnu pour sa créativité, son sens de la planification et de l’organisation;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit est considéré comme un atout;
Très bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - connaissance de SAP et/ou Oracle volet RH est un atout.

La personne recherchée est reconnue pour son **orientation vers les résultats**, sont sens des responsabilités, son autonomie, son orientation au niveau du service client et du **travail d’équipe**. Cette personne possède un fort sens d’urgence, une **capacité d’adaptation** aux situations imprévues et une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
