**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot equity & derivative risk engine for traders & risk analysts.
- Collaborate with Paris development teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure platform stability & timely report status updates.
- Continuously learn & develop financial expertise.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years support analyst experience.
- Relational database experience (SQL).
- Strong understanding of equity & derivatives.
- Good knowledge of core business process like Profit and Loss, Value at Risk and Risk Analysis.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Team player with Bachelor's degree (CS, Engineering, or equivalent).

**Nice to Have**:

- ITIL knowledge / certification.
- FRM certification.
- Knowledge in Programming (Python, Shell ).

Maintenir et dépanner le moteur de risque actions et dérivés pour les traders et les analystes de risque.

Collaborer avec les équipes de développement de Paris pour la résolution des problèmes.

Assurer la stabilité de la plateforme et fournir des rapports d'état en temps voulu.

**Exigences**:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste de support.
- Expérience des bases de données relationnelles (SQL).
- Forte compréhension des actions et des produits dérivés.
- Bonne connaissance des processus opérationnels de base tels que le compte de résultat, la valeur à risque et l'analyse des risques.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de résolution de problèmes.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes titulaire d'une licence (CS, ingénierie ou équivalent).

**Un atout supplémentaire**:

- Connaissance / certification ITIL.
- Certification FRM.
- Connaissances en programmation (Python, Shell...).
