**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Organize and maintain client contracts, invoices, and files.
- Track project timelines and assist with coordination.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and updates.

**Event & Production Coordination**:

- Maintain event schedules, timelines, and shot lists.
- Assist with logistics for productions and events, including equipment organization.

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Help manage social media accounts and schedule engaging posts.
- Organize a digital library of photos, videos, and promotional materials.
- Assist with creating newsletters and other promotional content.

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in the creative or events industry is a bonus).

**Schedule**:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

- Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**What We Offer**:

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
