**Part-Time Construction Administrative Assistant**

**Location**: Spruce Grove, AB
**Flexible daytime hours | No evenings or weekends**

**Join Our Team**

Rococo Homes is looking for a **Part-Time Construction Administrative Assistant** to support our growing team in our Spruce Grove office. This role offers **flexible weekday hours** and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

**Estimated Hours**: _15-20 hours per week (negotiable) Depends greatly on workload._
**Compensation**: _Based on experience_

**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare and submit paperwork for building permits.
- Organize job site files and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Track warranty items and coordinate trade schedules.
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
- Support day-to-day operations and assist various departments.
- Work closely with sales, estimating, and the field supervisor.
- Aid with social media by responding to inquiries and developing a schedule of interactive postings.
- Build upon existing systems and processes to provide successful outcomes to our pre-construction processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **construction terminology & processes**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- **Strong attention to detail** and **organizational skills**.
- Ability to work **independently and manage tasks efficiently**.
- Quick learner with the ability to **adapt to changing priorities**.
- Creative **problem-solving skills** and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with **BuilderTrend software** is an asset.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment**.
