In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, the **Product Marketing Coordinator **will assist with the day-to-day activities that are required to bring a product to the market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will gain exposure to all aspects of product development and product marketing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of tasks and follow them to completion by deadlines and as accurately as possible
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to coordinate the communication of day-to-day product updates and information across all FPI departments including pricing, launch dates, and availability
- Conduct hearth industry market research and maintain profiles relative to product and marketing
- Help with the design, completion and communication of price pages and order forms across all media including print, web, and other delivery mechanisms
- Work with and assist Sales and Marketing on the content and development of product launches, promotions, webinars, videos, training, brochures, website updates, and other product focused activities designed to optimize sales results
- Maintain and update key product data in the company ERP system
- Set up and make updates to templates, to facilitate quick decision making
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company
- Coordinate with, and support the product management team, as required
- Maintain professionalism and act in a manner consistent with FPI mission and guiding principles
- Follow all Health & Safety programs; actively participate in Health & Safety training with the purpose of gaining knowledge and understanding
- Contribute to a positive work environment focusing on Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Other related duties as assigned

**Abilities/Skills/Knowledge**
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Must be self-motivated, self-starter, a team player and, able to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- MS Office (advanced in Excel, Outlook), and good Internet research skills
- Ability to listen, read and follow directions
- Ability to travel as required

**Education/Training**
- Bachelor's degree in Business (or related fields)

**Experience**
- Previous experience working in an office is an asset
